After passing the Arrival X-rays, you can get your Klook 4G Pocket WiFi at the “Unite Traveler” desk – at the very end of the building, at the end of the “walkalator” where you will pass should you take the bus going to Taipei City.
Few days before my flight, I booked this 4G pocket WiFi through KLOOK where I only paid P208.30, after applying a promo code that gave me a discount of -P64.70.

After presenting your voucher, they will give you a form to fill-up. And of course, since these devices are not “cheap” they will require a security deposit, either in “cash” or using a “credit card” which they will never charge, unless you don’t return the device in the same condition at the time you got it.
How to Get a Bus Ride going out from Taipei Taoyuan International Airport to Taipei City
There are several options to commute to Taipei City, these options are also offered in KLOOK. As for me, I took the bus where it only cost me NTD 90.00. I found this more economical, as well as more cost effective since the ride itself is already a visual tour or a glimpse of how Taipei looked like. The buses are just a floor below the arrival area. You will also pass by a 7-11 store, before reaching the ticket counters. This is convenient, especially for those who were on a budget flight; this helped for a quick glucose and water re-fill.
Are you scared about paying a marked-up price for your ticket to Taipei? Don’t be! I have not observed people there being like this! Their prices are published and appeared to be regulated. Just tell them that you would like to go to Taipei, where in my case I went straight to the Taipei Main Station, and from there I took the MRT towards the station where my accommodation is closest.
