HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?

(1) Ordering is very easy. Once you have finished adding the items to your Cart, simply click the “Check Out” button, and you will be routed to the payment page.

Your payment will be processed using Verified PayPal (registered under: PayPal Holdings, Inc. - an American company operating a worldwide online payments system…) - one of the largest and most secured payment system; it will give both you and us, the peace of mind, against fraud. Should you encounter any problems with after purchase, or if you feel like you were being scammed by any online stores/shop, kindly check the PayPal dispute process.

(2) Either login to PayPal (if you already have a PayPal account), or simply provide your contact information and shipping address, and click on “Continue to shipping”.

(3) Confirm that your orders are correct (the quantity, the size, the color, and etc…), and click on “Continue to payment”.

(4) After clicking “Complete order”, you will be redirected to PayPal to complete your purchase securely.

NOTE: Should you need to make any changes on your order, such as the color, the size, the shipping address, or would like to cancel them, please send us an email within 24 hours, so we can apply the necessary changes. Please be aware, once the item leaves our warehouse, we will no longer be able to make any changes.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

Yes. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Send us an email at support@soloflyt.com, within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order. All refunds will be process within 24-48 hours, and should only take 5-10 days for the funds to appear back on your account.

WHAT IF I AM NOT HAPPY WITH MY ORDER

Our refund policy lasts 30 days from the moment you receive your items. If you wish to request a refund, kindly keep the shipping labels, or take a photo of the date your item was received, as proof. More information is available in our Refund Policy page.

If you wish to request a refund, please wait until your package is received, so you can return the package back to our warehouse. Please note, that you will be responsible for the shipping fee, on sending the item(s) back to our warehouse.

Once we receive the item(s) back, we will issue you a full refund, less the shipping fee charge on sending the package to you.

WHAT IF THE ITEM(S) I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED?

No worries! Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Just send as a video/photo of the item, together with the complete packaging and shipping label, and after we review the validity of your proof, we will resend you a new one immediately, or issue you a refund (depending on your request).
